Returns and Refund Policy

At winnie store we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items the first 14 days from the day of receipt

Full refund is necessary, such as when product is out of stock and can’t dispatch.

Refunds for all eligible Returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase.Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your  account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

Returns Costs:

Winnie store will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect but if you’re returning items that are not defective, damaged or incorrect, are not eligible for free returns.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult products. For the product to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1:The product must be unused.

2:The product must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3: product that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4: product supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5:The product must be received back within 14 days from the day you received the order.

6: Under wears  and Health products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7:Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the product have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the product.

Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging which are opened by the customer cannot then be returned for an exchange as they have been accepted by the customer.

全额退款是肯定的如果产品缺货且无法发货。所有符合条件的退款将通过购买时使用的付款方式发出。退款无法交付到第三方帐户。

关于退货邮资费用:

如果商品有质量问题或不正确,温妮的杂货铺承担您退回的商品的邮资并全额退款。但没有质量问题或误发的商品并不符合免费退货的条件。我们收到无质量问题的产品退回,仅限只退款产品的价值,邮费则从货款中扣除。

由于成人产品和药品具有明显的健康和卫生意义。对于退还货物,必须满足以下条件:

1:该产品在未使用的前提下。

2:必须以原始状态和包装退回产品。

3:热封包装的成人产品已经被拆开是不可退款且不可更换。

4:必须在收到订单之日起14天内将产品退回。

5:内衣裤和药品不可退款且不可更换。

6:任何错误或损坏的物品都需要在交付后48小时内与我们联系反映。

如果我们怀疑产品已被使用或不满足以上任何条件,我们侧保留退还产品的权利。

如收到误发的成人产品务必一定不要打开或篡改包装,请在收到货后48个小时内通知我们,我们将为您进行全面更换。如果您打开了带有安全封条或密封包装的成人产品,则被视为您已接受它们,因此不能退回进行更换。
